The Bustan initiative is based on shared civic leadership. In fact, the first course of action that enabled the development of additional methods was the creation of Bustan's first shared leadership group, "The Leading Team."
Alongside the venture’s management team, there are currently two volunteerleadership forums: the Steering Committee and The Leading Team. Bustan's leadership forums are balanced and inclusive; all involve deep learning and all take part in leading the initiative.
