We work to develop Nof Hagalil as a shared city - a city based on equitable distribution of resources and positive daily interactions between the different communities. To achieve this mission, we promote activities in three main areas:

• Building a multicultural community: Creating diverse opportunities and meeting platforms to connect communities, families, and individuals in the city.
• Fostering shared civic leadership: Building leadership groups, leading initiatives and activities to strengthen shared life in the city, and promoting dialogue between Arabs and Jews.
• Creating cross-sector collaborations: Connecting and synchronizing between organizations, institutions, and communities to create joint efforts that promote shared living in the city.
